Avacados & Apples, a Cold Bath, and Nummy Toes

Last night (10-29-08) I attempted to feed Samantha some "real" food. As recommended by our Pediatrician, I fed Samantha avocado for it's subtle taste and fattening effects (for my skinny baby :-)

Well..... the avocado will take some getting used to, but the apple was a hit!

Sabrina has successfully gone through potty-training this past week (hurrah!), and along with it she has gained GREAT Independence. After last night's dinner, I said, "Okay girls! It's bath time tonight!" and then I proceeded to finish cleaning up dinner. Sabrina quietly slipped upstairs. I assumed she had gone to visit her daddy, however upon going upstairs to get the bath going for the girls, things weren't quite like I expected.

I found Sabrina sitting and shivering in Mommy & Daddy's BIG bathtub very full of cold water. "Come in, Ana! It's warm!" Sabrina invited. We're trying to raise our children to be independent right?...

And today, Samantha found her little toes. You can see I caught her by surprise nibbling on her toes. Num num nummy! (I also caught her on her knees, but not with the camera - *sigh - she's growing so fast!)

I can almost remember how fun it was to nibble my own toes--almost as fun as nibbling my children's toes! She is growing, but doing it in such a cute way!
